Social. Humans are social creatures who need love, recognition & friends. People want to participate with his friends & loved in the workplace.
Self-Esteem. Humans strive to be respected, appreciated and recognized by the other. Humans generally do a good job and finish her projects.
Self-actualization. At peak demand, the human search for self development, self knowledge and fulfillment. People want to excel and work on something fun and feel valuable.
